Know Your Rights

The state of Nebraska has created A guide for youth in Nebraska’s Foster Care System. This guidebook is intended to help foster youth understand their rights and the services available to them while they are in the system and once they leave the system. This is really detailed and will either answer your question or at least point you in the right direction in who to contact.
