Education and Training Vouchers or ETVs are grants to help foster youth and people with lived experience in foster care pay for college, trade schools, or training programs. If eligible, you may get up to $5,000 per academic year based on cost of attendance, available funds, and your unmet financial needs.ETV funds must be claimed withing a five year period and before your 26th birthday.
Eligibility
The ETV Program is intended to serve
- youth and young adults who experienced foster care after age 14
- youth who, after turning age 16 years or older, exit foster care to adoption or guardianship
